Dedication and Service

Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. is the first greek-lettered sorority established by African American business women. Founded in 1929, the organization is a national sisterhood of qualified business and professional women focused on inspiring, fostering and assisting those engaged in business vocations. They also focus on promoting increased interest in the broad field of business education among young adults in high school and college through planned programs and scholarships; encourage the development of personal goals and leadership potential; and establish and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults.
